Gault&Millau sold to Holding GM

The Gault & Millau group announces the sale of 100% of its capital to its representative in Russia backed by a family office

Created in 1972, Gault & Millau has become a key player in modern and creative gastronomy through its digital and printed guides, its selection of raw or processed products and its many international events.

At the head of Gault & Millau for 7 years, Côme de Cherisey strengthened the reputation of the brand abroad and began digitizing the company's business model.

Gault & Millau now has about twenty contributors worldwide. Jacques Bally, entrepreneur and gastronomy enthusiast, led the Ducasse Group's consulting & training activities before taking over the Sibuet Group and then chairing Gault & Millau's activities in Russia. Backed by a Franco-Russian family office, the company aims to accelerate its digital shift in France and abroad, while remaining faithful to the historical values that have made Gault & Millau the propagators of Nouvelle Cuisine.

"I developed Gault & Millau for seven years and I am confident leaving the reins to a great enthusiast of French and international gastronomy" says Côme de Chérisey.
