Coheris, a leading French CRM solutions provider (customer relationship and intelligence management) and Analytics (performance management and predictive applications) announces the success of ChapsVision on the shares of Coheris, at the end of the public offering phase.

In accordance with the announcement published on October 29, 2019 by the Autorité des marchés financiers , Chapsvision holds 67.33% of the capital and at least 64.39% of the voting rights.

The voluntary offer project was announced following an agreement reached by ChapsVision with DevFactory to integrate its Coheris shares.

ChapsVision is a company wholly owned by Olivier Dellenbach and his wife. Mr. Olivier Dellenbach is the founder of eFront, the leading provider of software solutions dedicated to alternative assets, sold in March 2019 to the American company BlackRock.

This amicable operation was recommended by the Board and the administration of Coheris confirming the interest of the offer for the company, its shareholders and employees.
