Ten years after its creation, the digital strategy consulting firm welcomes Isai in a capital development operation. The fund takes a minority stake to support Eleven Strategy in its international deployment. Isai joins founders Morand Studer and Bertrand Semaille (formerly of Valtech), and Stevan Urien, Ambroise Huret, who arrived in 2013, and Maxime Caro, partner for 6 months. As both sideshad known each other for a long time, no competitive process was organized, but the managers chose Cambon Partners to assist them in the negotiations.

With this fundraising, Eleven Strategy, which brings together around fifty consultants, wants to accelerate its development, especially internationally, having already begun in London and Madrid.

The company mainly supports CAC 40 groups with their digital transformation issues, particularly in the area of Internet of Things and artificial intelligence, and even offers them the opportunity to launch breakthrough innovation projects with them. For large LBOs, it also carries out strategic due diligence missions and analyzes companies in their portfolios from a digital perspective.
